In-studio pick up is available Friday 10am - 4pm. An email or SMS will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.

All orders are processed within 7 business days. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow for a 4-6 week production time.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your domestic order within 7 days / international order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bluegrasshatco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Your Bluegrass design comes in a beautiful custom made heavy duty box to protect your delicate hat. This will then be put into a postal box that is at the mercy of the postal service at your destination. If anything happens in transit I can talk you through nullifying any damage simply and easily when it reaches you.
